Excursion farm – offer
Creative istrian cuisine based on seasonally dishes wich rispects the local culinary tradition.
Meat products, cheeses, vegetables and other ingrediends come frome the home garden and the nearby farms. We give particular importance to the traditional picking of seasonal gifts of the nature (asparagus, mushrooms, truffles).
We make our own house pasta (ravioli, Istrian bleki, noodles, potato gnocchi) and home baked bread.
The pastry follows our seasonal & creative motto as well.
We're particularly happy to welcome small groups of gourmands (1-20 persons)
and lovers of orange wines from our cellar.
